REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued if the user has made a payment by mistake. The request for a refund must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of payment.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
1.Partial use of the service.
2.User dissatisfaction after service usage.
3.Subscription cancellations after the refund period has expired.
Refund Process
Users must submit a refund request via Support Email or Support Portal with proof of the mistaken payment.
Refunds will be processed within 5-20 business days after approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Discretionary Refunds
The provider reserves the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms of Service.
