AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

These SMS Terms explain how MoveManage.us (“MoveManage,” “we,” “us,” “our”) uses text messages—sent via our provider Twilio—to communicate with you. By opting in, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who Sends the Messages

MoveManage sends texts for two distinct use cases:

2) What We Send & How Often

A. Service + Marketing (Low Volume Mixed)

Types: confirmations/reminders, status/complete notices, quotes/estimates, schedule changes, payment/invoice reminders, support replies (~60%); discounts/promos, feature news, surveys, loyalty offers (~40%).

Typical frequency: 5–8 total during an active service period (about 1–3 weeks). Maximum 12/day.

Links & phone numbers: may be included in messages.

B. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Types: registration/login/reset codes and identity confirmation for sensitive actions. No promotions.

Frequency: on-demand when you initiate a security action; typically 1–3 SMS/month, max 5/day; codes expire in 10 minutes.

3) How You Give Consent (OPT-IN)

Website (dual consent): During booking/registration on movemanage.us, you see two unchecked checkboxes—one required for service texts and one optional for promotional texts. We record timestamp, method, and IP/device for compliance.

SMS keywords (to add promotions): If you already opted into service texts, send DEALS or PROMOTIONS to (938) 777-7785 to add promos.

Phone consent: Our agent can capture separate consent for service and promotional texts by phone at (938) 777-7785.

2FA consent: At /register you acknowledge we’ll send SMS verification codes to secure your account and you use Send Code when prompted. We keep detailed consent records.

Opt-in keywords we honor: START, YES, UNSTOP, JOIN, SUBSCRIBE, DEALS, PROMOTIONS, OFFERS.

4) How to Opt Out (STOP) & Get Help (HELP)

Reply STOP to unsubscribe (you’ll receive a confirmation). Text START to re-subscribe.

Reply HELP (or INFO) for assistance, or call (938) 777-7785. Twilio manages standard STOP/HELP handling by default.

Opt-out keywords we honor: OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOP, STOPALL.   Help keywords: HELP, INFO.

5) Message & Data Rates

Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply to sending/receiving SMS.

6) Privacy

We process personal information to provide our Services and for lawful purposes described in our Privacy Policy; we do not collect information from third parties and we keep appropriate records of consent. Contact: [email protected].

7) Prohibited/Restricted Content

We do not send age-gated content or content related to lending/loan arrangements.

8) Identification in Every Message

All texts identify MoveManage as the sender and include STOP instructions. Promotional content is clearly labeled and requires separate consent.

Service: “Hi [Customer Name], this is MoveManage. Your appointment is confirmed for [Date] at [Time]. Crew will arrive at [Address]. Questions? Call (938) 777-7785. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Quote link: “Your moving quote #[ID] is ready. View: movemanage.us/quote/[ID]. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

Promotion: “Get 15% off packing—code PACK15 at movemanage.us/book. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

2FA: “Your MoveManage verification code is [CODE]. Expires in 10 minutes. Never share this code. Reply STOP to opt out.”

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms periodically; the “Last updated” date will reflect the latest revision. See our Terms of Service for general legal terms.
